| application | 3-fluorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride, as an important organic synthesis intermediate, is widely used in dye and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and has a broad market prospect. |
| preparation | a preparation method of 3-fluorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride, comprising the following steps: (1) diazotization adding 50g of 3-fluoroaniline and 150ml of 37% concentrated hydrochloric acid into a 1L three-mouth bottle, cooling to 2 ℃ with ice salt, adding 85.7g of 35% sodium nitrite aqueous solution while stirring, keep the temperature at 2 ℃ for 1 hour. ⑵ Add 450ml of 37% concentrated hydrochloric acid, 450ml of water and 120g of zinc powder into the reaction solution for reduction, keep the temperature at 18 ℃ until the reaction is complete, and the reaction solution turns gray-white. Then add 20% sodium hydroxide solution until the PH value of the reaction solution is 10, and keep the temperature at 5 ℃ for 1 hour, precipitate crystals, and filter to obtain 26.6g of 3-fluorophenylhydrazine crude product. (3) Purification Dissolve 26.6g of crude 3-fluorophenylhydrazine in 532g of water, heat to 60 ℃ to completely dissolve it, add appropriate amount of activated carbon to decolorize for 20 minutes, heat filter to obtain colorless filtrate, keep temperature at 5 ℃ for 1 hour, precipitate crystals, and filter to obtain 22.1g of pure 3-fluorophenylhydrazine. (4) Salt formation Dissolve 22.1g of 3-fluorophenylhydrazine pure product in 15.4ml of 37% hydrochloric acid, stir at 65 ℃ until the reaction liquid precipitates and crystallizes, cool to 20 ℃, filter, rinse the filter cake with acetone, and dry to obtain 24.4g of 3-fluorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride product with 99.2% content and 39.1% yield. |
